The doors don't move when I flip the switch.

1) Is there anything blocking the doors from normal operation?
2) Is the site air on and operational?
3) If yes, after opening the control box, does the regulator show 100PSI?
4) If yes, is the shutoff valve in the ON state?

The doors are opening unevenly.

Accepted Answer

With the doors open and after ensuring proper lockout tagout procedures have taken place(refer to Operations Manual for instruction):

1) Is there anything blocking the normal path for the doors that could cause them to catch?
2) When looking in the frame at the cylinder supply lines, are they damaged, worn, or kinked?
3) Are the cylinder rods bent?
4) Ensure the seals on the cylinder rods are not damaged.
5) Make sure that the door mounting bracket is not damaged.
6) On the door mounting bracket, make sure the maintenance free rollers aren't damaged or seized.
